I am a graduate of East Carolina University, where I earned a Bachelor's degree in Family and Community Services with concentrations in Spanish and Early Childhood. I have over 20 years of experience working with children, including 10 years in an administrative role. I am passionate about early childhood education and take great pride in creating a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for the children in my care. My goal is to support each child's growth and development while building strong relationships with families and staff.

Fun facts about me: I am a huge New England Patriots fan! In my free time, I enjoy DIY projects and love creating, building, and working on new things.

Hello, my name is Pamela Oneal and I am the Assistant Director. I have 2 adult children and 1 granddaughter. I have been in childcare for over 27 years.

I really love what I do and look forward to seeing the children grow. My goal is that no child is left behind, and that they know they are important.

I have an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood and Biblical Studies, and I have been in childcare for over 10 years. I have been married for 16 years, with 5 children and 10 grandchildren. I love to watch TV, read, write in my journals, relax and go shopping.

I enjoy and value the opportunity and time to spend with the kids in my class. Seeing a smile on their faces, and on their parents' faces, when they come and leave each day is evidence of my purpose being at Falls Academy.

I have over 12 years of experience working in childcare and hold an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education. I am passionate about working with children and creating a safe, nurturing and positive environment where every child feels valued, loved and encouraged to be proud of who they are.

Hello, my name is Mayra. I am a passionate and caring teacher who enjoys making a positive difference in my students' lives. I love creating a fun and welcoming environment where my students can learn, grow and feel supported. I hold credentials in Early Childhood Education and bring 15 years of experience working with young children. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong commitment to creating meaningful learning experiences and supporting each child's individual growth and development.

Outside of the classroom, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and creating special memories together. One of our favorite things to do is visit the park, where we can enjoy the outdoors, play, laugh and simply spend time together. Family, teaching and creating meaningful experiences are very important to me.

A fun fact about me is that I enjoy collecting Disney Rae Dunn mugs, which is one of my favorite hobbies!

My name is Janine Felder and I am so excited to be your teacher! I have been a Pre-K educator for over 26 years, and I truly love helping young learners grow, learn, and discover new things. I am a woman of faith who believes every child is special, capable, and full of potential. I love creating a positive, fun and welcoming classroom where children feel safe, loved, encouraged and excited to learn. I can't wait for us to learn, laugh, create, explore and make wonderful memories together. My goal is to help every child feel confident, cared for and ready to be their very best.

Fun facts about me: I have two Yorkies named Coffee and Waffles, and I have an identical twin sister.

I graduated from high school in 1993. I later went to Sampson Community College to earn my Early Childhood Credentials and Admin I. I have been working in childcare for more than 20 years, and my favorite age to work with is toddlers.

My name is Jada and I'm so excited to be a part of your child's early learning journey! I am 18 years young, graduated high school with an Associate's degree from dual enrollment for Early Childcare, and recently received my bachelor's degree in July 2026. My home and heart is with the two-year-olds!

Teaching has been my passion for as long as I can remember and I love being a part of this exciting stage where children are learning through curiosity, trial and error and hands-on experiences. I enjoy guiding my students as they develop their independence, communication, social skills and other important foundations for life.

Outside the classroom, I work part time as a hairstylist and I am an active Christian. I'm grateful to be able to do what I love every single day and look forward to creating fun, meaningful memories with your little ones.

My name is Ma'Jhani (Muh-John-ee), but I am known as Ms. MJ. I currently possess a B.A. in Psychology with a Minor in Child Development and Family Studies that I earned in 2021 from North Carolina A&T State University (Aggie Pride!). Currently, I am working towards receiving my A.A.S. in Healthcare Administration from Wake Technical College.

My education experience includes working in early learning centers as both a floater and lead teacher, working in home-based and clinical Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and working in Wake County Public School System as a Substitute Teacher for classes ranging from Special Needs Pre-Kindergarten to 5th grade. One fun fact about me is that my daughter attended Falls Academy from 2022 to 2025!

I am a high school graduate of 2025 and I am passionate about pursuing a career in Criminal Justice. When I am not focused on my professional goals, you can usually find me planning my next big adventure.

A true travel enthusiast at heart, I love exploring new cultures, with the beautiful shores of Grand Cayman currently holding the top spot as my favorite destination. My favorite color is pink.

I am 25 years old and have been working in childcare since I graduated in 2019. I love working with toddlers. I gained most of my experience while working in my mother's childcare facility.

Fun fact: I love to paint with my son. We love to listen to the K-pop band Stray Kids.
